Historic Cabinet

Tara and I were watching President Elect Obama's speech on Tuesday night and the parents of a toddler came out. During one point of the speech he uttered the words "Yes We Can" about 8 times in a row. Tara turned to me and said he sounds like Bob the Builder.

For those without children, Bob is famous for the phrase, "Can we build it? YES WE CAN!!" That got me thinking, maybe secretary of the interior, or better yet, Housing and Urban Development. Bob the Builder would definitely fit the moniker of 'change' proposed during the campaign and is not a Washington insider. Or maybe he is. Maybe he has been planning his political rise all along and started with the younger demographic! If Bob pops up on the watch list for potential Obama cabinet positions, you heard it here first! ;)

Hi Tara, Michael and Caleb! How are you? I am so excited for you 3! I am kind of lonely without Grams here. I spent last night with Kris and Mike, well actually, I stayed with the kids while K & M went out. I sure do miss them! All is well here. I am keeping you all in my prayers. Love you so VERY MUCH!! Aunt Diane :)
